Drawing on my extensive experience as a career advisor and career change expert and my professional background in HR, I have developed a unique solution and information-packed approach which I can tailor specifically to your unique individual needs, background and situation. The Package combines a career review with exercises and tools aimed at identifying the skills, values, interests and strengths that are unique to you and vital for your  ideal career choice. The result is clarity and direction as to just how much of a career and/or job change you  really need. And specific suggestions for the most suitable jobs, careers and/or self-employment options for you.

Here’s what the Package provides:

  • Your in-depth Pre-Session Questionnaire which you will complete and return at least 48 hours ahead of your session. I have spent years developing and perfecting this questionnaire which will really help you assess and clarify  your main career issues, as well as warm you up for the session by taking you through a number of highly practical exercises aimed at identifying your key skills, strengths and potential pitfalls. Many of my clients have commented on how many insights and ‘aha moments’ they had whilst completing this questionnaire which helps you think about your situation in a very structured way and get your thoughts  ‘down on (virtual) paper.’ It takes an average of 2-3 hours to complete.
  • Access to the Strong Interest Inventory® and a 20-page Report of your personal results (including recommendations for specific career paths, jobs and industries of interest). This is the most widely researched, validated and professionally-used career planning instrument in the world. It’s a highly practical tool for getting a better understanding of your work personality and preferences, as it matches your interests and preferences to a number of suitable jobs, careers and industries. It provides invaluable input both for those considering a complete career change, as well as those needing to asses what it is about their current situation that is not working.   • My Customization/Preparation Time devoted exclusively to you and your situation. I spend at least 90 minutes preparing your session by going through your Pre-Session Questionnaire responses and Strong Interest Inventory® results to ensure the most information-packed, personalized and game changing session possible. This means that by the time we get to the session itself, I already have a very good idea of what your real career issues are (even if you don’t!), as well as a number of practical and tailored suggestions to move you forward. This means that we can get problem-solving straight away (as opposed to small talking and time wasting)!
  • A unique 2-hour 1:1 intensive, information and solution-packed Skype/Video or Phone Session directly with me. Due to the amount of  preparation undertaken on both sides we are able to really cover and nail down your key career issues and and decide exactly what needs to be done about them. The result is clarity and direction as to exactly how much or how little you need to change or re-focus your career. In other words, you will know what your best career options are and why. This Package will help you get clear about what you need to do to get unstuck and move on in your career!
