My professional background is in Human Resources for some of the most influential companies in the world (Morgan Stanley, Citigroup and Shell) and since 2005 I have helped hundreds of clients get their career unstuck as an independent career advisor and career change expert. I have a knack for quickly connecting with people and drawing them out, helping them understand their unique potential, talents and strengths. Don’t worry about how to pronounce my name – Rikke – even my husband of 14 years can’t – just call me Ricky or Vicky. Born in Denmark in 1974, I moved to Paris in 1993 and settled in London in 1996.  So as you can imagine, I am used to hearing interesting versions of my name.
